Dr Melissa Hudson, MD, FASCO Director, Cancer Survivorship Division, Department of Oncology St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, USA Dr Hudson is the Director of the Cancer Survivorship Division in the Department of Oncology at St Jude Childrens Research Hospital, USA and holds the Charles E. Williams Endowed Chair of Oncology-Cancer Survivorship. She also serves as the Director of the After Completion of Therapy Program. Dr. Hudson has been principal investigator of the CCSS, is the PI of SJLife and is involved with guideline development as part of the Childrens Oncology Group and the International Guidelines Harmonization group. Her research interests are focused on understanding the long-term effects of cancer and its treatments on survivors of pediatric cancers and promoting healthy aging.  Monica Cypriano Chief Medical Officer of GRAACC/Pediatric Oncology Institute/UNIFESP , Sao Paolo, Brazil Dr Monica Cypriano is the Chief Medical Officer of GRAACC/Pediatric Oncology Institute/UNIFESP. She is also a member of SIOP’s Scientific Committee and Woman Leader in Pediatric Oncology Group She is a member of the Steering Committee of the Brazilian Renal Tumors Cooperative Group (GBTR) , the Brazilian Late Effects Cooperative Group (GCET) and SIOP –RTSG Stage IV Steering Subcommittee. Dr Cypriano is the head of the After Completion of Therapy Clinic (CForT) at GRAAC.
